Discovery Session
30-50 minutes to discuss your current problem, your vision, & discover the major barriers for you in reaching your vision. We will determine the best next step for you, if you need support on your journey, & if we are the right professionals to treat and guide you towards your vision. Evaluation & treatment are NOT included.
Although this is a complimentary session, the value of this session is equivalent to our follow up sessions = $150. The card on file will be charged $150 in full for no shows and late cancellations per our cancellation policy.

As our way of saying thanks and making it easy for you to experience the benefits of Abby's work, we're giving you 20% off all massage therapy sessions you book and attend during the month of October. Compression Therapy
A self-service experience designed to allow you space to breathe, rest, and get in touch with the moment so your body can experience the healing it deserves.
Your 45-minute reservation includes up to a 30-minute Normatec Compression Boots session. This session will help you warm-up for your workouts, recover faster after your hard efforts, or let go of tension and fatigue after a long day by: increasing circulation to reduce inflammation, reducing muscle soreness, and relaxing your body + mind.
We highly recommend unplugging for your experience to pair it with mindfulness, meditation, a good book, or a power nap!
